The Hazelnut Piedmontese variety Tonda Gentile Trilobata, with its typical shape with three lobes, has always been considered the queen of hazelnuts for its delicate flavor and unmistakable aroma after roasting. Celebrated by master pastry chefs and chocolatiers around the world it goes perfectly with desserts bakery, dessert puddings and ice cream. Expertly dosed, it is used in traditional Piedmontese meat or fish recipes, or it is excellent eaten simply alone.

Our hazelnuts are shelled daily to ensure the freshness of the fruit and its delicate aroma. To preserve and keep it unchanged over time, they are vacuum packed shortly after the shelling.
